What is 'Mystery, Babylon?' From Genesis to Revelation, the name Babylon has come up, again and again, all over the Holy Scriptures. In this site, we will discover just what Mystery Babylon was, how it survived, and what it has become today. We will discover just who the arch enemy of the true church is: this Babylonian system of old. We will discover how a system that began in Babylon so long ago had survived and flourished, and currently manipulates many processes in our world, today. This site also provides an outlet for little-known or otherwise suppressed interpretations of stories in the Bible. No, this is not a liberal, "politically- correct" attempt to water-down what was commonplace in Biblical wording for thousands of years, nor is it an attempt to contradict what the words say; quite the opposite. This site upholds the Scriptures. We value the Bible for its original words and content. The problem with interpretation (of the Scriptures/Bible) lies in the variety of meanings of the original ancient Hebrew language, as well as in attempts by flawed human beings to correctly translate it into other various languages. Mystery- Babylon.org contributes information from a variety of ancient, yet reliable, sources, which help compliment these Biblical stories. These same sources also help us discover what the original Hebrew words of the Bible might actually be saying. The supporting information from these other ancient texts may help shed light on any of the missing or distorted elements contained in popular Biblical stories and Bible prophecy. Why does this matter? Possible elements of our history just might remain hidden, for the most part, inside the whole "politically correct" standard of modern-day interpretations. The followers, powers, and principalities which support the "Mystery" system that began at ancient Babylon have tried, for thousands of years, to keep people from understanding the true meanings of the Bible. These same powers have tried to change, manipulate, or suppress anything that may oppose it - to ultimately destroy its message. They want to destroy the true words of the Bible for one simple reason: the truths contained could expose the "thought machine" they had, for so long, devised. Once we understand the truths of Mystery Babylon, and the other justifiable interpretations to stories contained in this site, we begin to have new insight into what may be going on in the world, today. "But as the days of Noe (Noah) were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be." Matthew 24:37 These were the words of Jesus Christ himself, to his church. As we will discover, there could be a great parallel between the ways people lived in these days of the Noah and the ways that are being promoted today. It was during the lifetime of Noah that the ancient system of Babylon began. In this site, we will discover: - Is the "one world government" that began at ancient Babylon beginning to come together, one more time? - Just what parallels to "the days of Noah" do we find again today, and what does it all mean? Almost four thousand years ago, not far beyond the flood of Noah, there was an attempt by many survivors to unify their descendants into a "one world government". This first, great unification of the world marked the synchronization of cultural, political and religious thought into one conglomerated mode of thought - and it all began at the Tower of Babel (Babylon). The founders of this "one world government" and system were Cush and Nimrod. The Tower of Babel was mankind's symbolic statement of his own vanity - his independence from any type of authority from God. Cush and Nimrod began their "push for power" at this Tower and, by way of the Mystery Religion and empire that had been established there, passed their "torch of authority" onto almost every succeeding generation and empire since. Despite the attempts by Godly people to destroy the control and influence which began at the Tower of Babel, the system continued on, often in the shadows of everyday life. The rebellion that began at Babylon, quite often, had to go undercover - because it was almost destroyed. It became what's now known in the Bible as Mystery Babylon - it's subtle, obscure form. This ancient system was split into a variety of religious, political and cultural influences. The real origins behind this world control and influence, however, are remained hidden from our general populous. The attempt by those in power is to, again, unify the world into another "one world government" - and ultimately destroy the message of any and all who oppose it. If "history repeats itself", then understanding this site is key to diagnosing what really could be going on in our world right now. The culture of Noah's day, as we will see, appears to be re-surfacing again, not only in the sense of ideological thought, but in the lifestyles of the very descendants who started it.
